The limited liability engineering-construction company “PROEKTSTROY” was founded in year 2005. “PROEKTSTROY” ltd. is a building company, which does construction and maintenance works for the greenhouse complexes on the territory of the Russian Federation. 
         In year 2006 with the increase in the volume of the construction and assembly works one affiliated company were created: “Inter-Stroy” ltd. and joined the partner company PK "OSNOVA" ltd., which have similar licenses and build greenhouse complexes, perform design work, install the alternate power and heat sources – CHP’s and modular, as well as stationary installations.

        Experience and high qualification of our specialists, modern technical equipment, reliable suppliers, close cooperation with other project and specialized organizations – all this allows us to work successfully and develop ourselves on the building market. Our partners are the major companies of different countries, such as the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Israel. 
          Despite the short period of existence of our group of enterprises, our specialists took part in building the greenhouse complexes for rose growing in the following regions: Mokshan, Penza region; Dmitrov, Moscow region; village Kadoshkino and village Tengushevo, Republic of Mordovia; Ramenskoye, Moscow region; Syasstroi, Leningrad region, also Kireyevsk, Tula region, which are now in operation and successfully working. These buildings are unique and have no analogues on the territory of the Russian Federation. “Rostok” ltd. finished building the CHP plant for the local power and heat supply for the greenhouse complex in Ramenskoye, Moscow region.
         Our company is working with the most up-to-date construction equipment and building instruments: high-precision installations for ground leveling, using the laser, self-propelled lifting mechanisms (platforms) etc. We are constantly observing the development of the leading technologies in the field of greenhouse building, since the building and the glazing of such facilities requires high precision, certain skills and experience.
         Our specialists perform all kinds of works from marking and pouring of the foundations, which require high precision, to assembly and adjustment of the computer systems, controlling the greenhouse complex. Our company conducts the assembly of the gas boilers, heating and ventilation systems, screening and power saving systems, does the assembly and the set-up of the unique lighting system. On the will of the Customer we are also able to do the beautification of the territories, adjoining the facility. All the complexes are “turn-key” when accepted by the Customer.
         We are also able to perform the functions of the customer and main contractor, capable to do the follow-on and the engineering follow up and assist the client in receiving the authorization-based documentation and the commissioning documentation.  
         As the results of our works we received a number of appreciations from our Clients.
         The main guarantee is the reputation and prestige of our group of enterprises. All the construction and design works are performed in accordance with the contracts with full responsibility on the base of licenses and certificates of competence. After the end of the construction we provide the control of the technological process and also the warranty maintenance of all the systems of the greenhouse complex for one year. After the expiration date of the warranty, upon the agreement with the customer, we provide the technical maintenance.  
          At the moment, having a high technical potential, our enterprises are able to simultaneously build the greenhouse complexes with a minimal area of 24 Ha.
